do you have try to do Direct Unlock if not just try it and tell me result ? !

Let me say something about this problem.

Direct unlocking causes reset code problem but not with Multi box. It happens if someone uses old free software or some boxes who do not have good/upto dated software.

IF you think it happened after unlocking with multi box then it is not true.
Because it had already corrupted data. So, you cannot repair it with Back up.

Try to reflash the phone with full flash file fro support area and then unlock it.
