What happen with my box.
During unlocking Alcatel C550x I got this message -Screan Shot- Attached.
Note: At half of procedure the P in display changet to U.
What is wrong in this states?

i think it's a low power problem from ur usb port (or hub)

try to power off ur computer (not restart) and try again with ur Multibox

Need to write EEPROM and then flex it. Only after that you can unlock. But as I understood the phone is dead because you connect it through Bootmode, isn't it?
So first you need to restore it and only after that - unlock.
How to flash Philips in BOOT Mode ( USED FOR DEAD PHONES ) - this will help you to restore phone.

Thks; But;
First my phone is not dead, I can't connect it with sof (See Attachement).
The phone not completed connecting with soft, how to write eeprom and flex.
NOTE: during connection, the yello dot work and P in LCD of the box change to U.

try what @the GORR said so not, try with another PC.

c550x and c560x have even protocol of communication it does not matter that you select c550x or c560x.

I Tried all possibily, different PC's, Some cables, Two version software. And nothing happened!!!
But, one question at end:
Why my box show in the LCD screan "P" when I open software and during process with phone it change to "U"?
Two days and the set is in my hand.

with another phone Philips if it change to "U" then the problem is your cable "USB" so no,then it is HW "BOX" problem.

Soory, I'm not ignorant in this state, I tried with philips and LG.... Phones, the box work well. But with this stipped one happened this problem.

With the version 7.6 I had the same prob my box changes the P to U but with the version 7.7 she it makes the same thing also, I have change the model of the C550 to C560 my box walks normal, what I think Prob of soft tried to uninst and install again, good luck

if u see carfully ur attachement u'll understund that ur box loose communication with pc

did u tried another pc !!

Try to UNcheck tick near "Read info".
