since i have no idea where i have putted my password and login i would like to know if i can register again using registration tool to have a new user and pass.

Just open the soft and read info beetwen rows ;-)

but software was working fine until today that is why i never needeed of nothing but now only says box requires update. so that is why i need pass and login. or any other way to get box working again

If you need to update box - use update tool v.1.4
If you need login and pass use regtool for this.
