If you didnt recive any mail with your data - you should check is the E-mail is correct.
If you forgot your password - run regtool.exe and in form write you registration mail - the new pass will be sent to your mailbox.
IF you didn't get your login and password - contact us via support chat, support mail. In mail please write your box serial number, e-mail and problem discription. DO not share your BOX IDE here!!!
