If you need fast unlock right now - reflash the hone with any known version from support or use bootstarp mode for this.

For what you need full back up? Use MCU, LP and CP + eeprom and you will get same result.

because shutdown after logo PHILIPS on startup,after reflash with MCU, LP and CP + eeprom .

Try to check "OTP IMEI" and wrote new IMEI before flashing. Than flash all MCU, LP, CP + eeprom. Reconect. Check IMEI, default setting. If needed flex phone. Better use Boot mode.
