Help support team


Hi,

i got a new multibox, tried today to register, but always
"Connecting to MultiBox server...Error!"

I tried with 4 differents ISP, even a satellite downlink, 2 different PC but same error

i read about "port 9999" problem,

is there the same problem in Algeria?

if not wish support team help sort this problem

There are no any problem in Algeria. Which tool you are using or this? DO you have any antivirus or firewall installed?

I use UserRegisterTool_v12_updated i downloaded from site

My firwall is desactivated, i mean xp built-in firwall

I have nod32, as antivirus
