Hi Multi-Box Team

i am new user with Multi-Box. i've two Mistubishi M21i. one is showing
"Mistubishi Testmode". while 2nd is showing "Mobile Phone malfunction,Contact your service provider"

& also i am confused about it's model no. on the front top printed m21i while on the back side of sticker printed m222i. thanks
