Multibox "dead" (.) 5 times in 2 weeks...Pls help...


My Multibox have been dead (.) for the fifth time today (for the past 2 week)
I know it need reset from the multibox team and I need to update it
but it took more than 1 day everytime doing that and I'll keep losing business .... and today it just get updated and 2 hour later it's dead again (.)
and the Multibox team did not say anything about this and just say update your multibox now.(after they reset it from their server.

but I cant keep doing this...everytime.....do you guys think there is a problem with my box???? or there is something I can do to solve this...

yes is exactly my problem and reinstal windous resolved this problem for me.I ghes problem is comflict usb driver.good lock

the box is not the problem, did u tried with other pc !!
this question is answered many many times and u still ask, also all info about this problem are explained in faq section did u read it !!!
ok i think u don't have time to do it so i'll give this answer again:
My box is "dead". Show only "." and not working.
That`'s heppens after the power problem in PC. You unplug the cable when software was in use. When you see only "." that mean that the box now is temporaly dead - you need to make the update for him. You should try to do next:
1. Read this cearfully: http://www.multi-box.net/faq_article.php?article=59
2. Try to make update 1 time only. If all is fixed - no need to do more update. If update was not comleeted - that's mean that you have a problem with your internet connections ( firewalls, antivirus, internet provider has closed 9999 port ). Do not try to make the update too many times ( if box is "dead" ) - server accept only 1. So, if you cannot update the box you should send your serial box number to us ( also e-mail, name of reseller ) via: "support chat", support forum or e-mail and we will accept the new update for you.
