You mean Redbox backup? I don't have it. Can I revive the phone just with Multibox? I have heard that Multibox (Delok) has great knowledge in Philipses, but to not revive one simple phone I wouldn't ever believe.

1. I have asked you about flex file. Did you check? Do you have it or not?
2. No need to mix DELOK and Multi-box
3. With multi-box you can repair all philips phones, just need to make correct steps.

I have a rock dead 855 and as I said I am trying all possible combinations in software to realive this phone but no success. As about flex, I am selecting the 3 identical files for flashing as I have downloaded from support area, but the software always says Flex error. What Flex should I select or take?

Just go to support area to Philips tool folder. You will see folder with Flex files ( name: Flex )
So just download this folder and put to Exe directory
