Regitration Problem....... - GSM-Forum

dear sir.....

ive done my user registration.......
but i havent got login and password in my e-mail like the tutorial said....

i cant entering the supportsite without the login sir...please help....

don`t worry about that (may be the server was down when you submit registration) just contact Multibox Team they will solve this problem in few minutes.

All is ok with server, the problem can be in you mail provider, he can block some mail,

Solution: send to us request, post all box data and box problem and it will be fixed in few minutes. No need to make post - i cannot help in this case.

P.S. also is goot to read sometimes FAQ section.

Sir thanks for ur replay....
actualy i think theres no problem about my box....
and im sure that MULTI-BOX is one of the best device that i have...
about FAQ section..ive read atlist 30 times.....
it said after i fill the registration form in USER REGISTER TOOL v12 the server will send the login and password to my email.....

so ..i wait almost a day full...but no email show from the MULTIBOX server that sending the login and pass....

where should i send the request to..???to post my box data ......i dont know

i hope i can entering the MULTI-BOX support site as soon as posible...
