another box damaged

i was flashing vitel tsm6 , then box said no comunication , i reReady...
Connecting to update server...OK
Update completed
No data...
Timeout!
Box Reboot error!boot pc now soft said

and box with little point in lcd......another box killed ?? this is my 2 box damaged , exist some posibility to repair ??

Stop posring all time same. If you will read a FAQ section here: http://www.multi-box.net/faq.php#17
you will see that you problem can be fixed at 2 minutes, just need to do all like written.

My box is "dead". Show only "." and not working.
That`'s heppens after the power problem in PC. You unplug the cable when software was in use. When you see only "." that mean that the box now is temporaly dead - you need to make the update for him. You should try to do next:
1. Read this cearfully: http://www.multi-box.net/faq_article.php?article=59
2. Try to make update 1 time only. If all is fixed - no need to do more update. If update was not comleeted - that's mean that you have a problem with your internet connections ( firewalls, antivirus, internet provider has closed 9999 port ). Do not try to make the update too many times ( if box is "dead" ) - server accept only 1. So, if you cannot update the box you should send your serial box number to us ( also e-mail, name of reseller ) via: "support chat", support forum or e-mail and we will accept the new update for you.
