Dear ogc I would ask you to respect Support Team and do not claim on us.
Do you have vocation time? I think yes! So let mr. GSMtricks have a rest at least some time. If you have any problem you could write me but I didn't get any Private Message from you. My nickname is Multi-box TEAM - it means that you can contact mу if you have any problem.
My sonork number - 84520
ICQ - 309998430
e-mail - [email protected]
and Support chat - temporarely unavailable, it's under reconstruction.

PS - if you think that update through port 9999 is stupid - please could you be so kind and give us a REAL solution, not just claiming on somebody, show us tha tyou are smart. Saying this I mean that if we do this - we have some reason for this. We are not kids here and we know what we do. So please don't behave yourself like a histeric woman - ok? Did we understand each other?

Take my apologize and explain me what is the problem with your box?

Pproblem with port9999 is only in Tunisia, it seems to me.
And usually online support is ok - but that day - there where too many customers on our web page and in chat - that's why it began glitching - so we temporarely closed it.

the problem with port 9999 is only in tunisia, but u have to know that's a provider restriction not a multibox bug, or server problem...
and for who can't get help, just look a the number of supporter in this team, we are 7 supporter, so every member have 7 chance to solve his problem in some minutes. so please stop blaming without a real raison. we are here to help so just ask.

All deleted post with reason - if somebody post all the time same questions even didn't check few post what we can do? The forum will be full with posts like: cannot update or login expiried. We made a FAQ section, we made a stock posts about it but still same - noboy ready it and just start new topic.

Multibox has a very good support, I can confirm that... sometimes has to wait 1-2 days for answer, but everyone needs some relaxing time, so be a little patient, the support team will help for sure.

i read all the your FAQ about my problem and it said only you can reset my box, i posted here three times asking for help everytime you deleted it with no explaination.

Again, ONLY YOU CAN RESET MY BOX, no amount of reading you FAQ will reset my box for me.

Online chat, i waited two days but it never came online and i sent three messenges through it, again no reply. When i e-mailed you direct it bounced back.

In the end you reset my box after two days of waiting when i contacted you through ICQ, and it took you all of 5 seconds to do. It would of taken you longer to delete the posts than it did to reset the box.

Please explain what i did wrong?

Because here I cannot help, I cannot ask all time same ( about serial number ), that is why solutions with login and updates very simple and can be fast if you will contact me directly via Sonork or ICQ. No need to post here log:
box requere update...
because it say me nothing, no any data about box or user, it is just a wasting time here with posts like this. In FAQ section is written fast way to reapit this.

That is why I delete all posts like this one.
