Please help me.
I have a new multi box lite i register it ok but i cant download any software because always show :

Checking Shell version...
Ready...
Opening session...
Server busy, please try again later

Seems its to hard from a supporter to answer to my request.
No problem il still wait.I have enough time.
If i do something wrong just tell me.I am a beginer and im bad with english language.Maibe i dont understand something from FAQ on your site.
