philips 362 how to reset user lock


i did not find any option to rest user lock in philips software and it is not readed by soft in phone info how to do to reset it or to know it

There info how to flash all Philips - in this docs you will see info where to get eeprom and how to flash it. Don't be lazy please.

i said to you that i have read all manuals and i am not lazy but unfortunately i did not find any thing reagarding philips eprom files so in this case guide me this is the so called help not to tell me read manuals yes i appreciate your efforts but give me a spot of light and after i will do the rest this is what i want no thing more

In manual written that all eeproms files are in CP file. So you need select CP file and need press eeprom botton man. This all info at manuals.
