1.install JAFSetup_1.98.62
2.ekstract JAF1.98.65beta1.rar to jaf folder
3.Update ur box firmware

No option for firmware update. only pkey but cant update pkey:

Error: JAF dongle init failed

trying on two pc (xp sp2 and, xp sp3)

or getting this

delate old 62

just try v1.98.64
and then download v1.98.65
extract then copy
open odion/jaf folder paste

It because you not launch jaf.exe from C:\Program Files\ODEON\JAF

Ok try this:
1.Uninstall your old jaf
2.Install JAFSetup_1.98.62
3.extract JAF1.98.65beta1.rar to C:\Program Files\ODEON\JAF
4.Launch JAF.exe from C:\Program Files\ODEON\JAF
5.update firmware

tested by me 1000%

Impossible

can't update it either.

I launch the jaf.exe from
C:\Program Files\ODEON\JAF

I will write to support , maybe there is problem with my pkey

i've found this:
" Check your internet connection and disable any antivirus and firewall software. If that has no effect, then this error means, that your PKey is damaged by third-party tool and is dead. It cannot be revived or exchanged by warranty. You need to purchase another one.

Please don't post on forum the same again and again. Damaged PKeys cannot be restored.

There is no way to prevent PKey from being killed by malicious software and that comes from smartcard security architecture. That does not depend on developers."

My question is:
How can be damaged and dead a new pkey??? on a pc where the jaf never was used before because it couldn't start?? (see the screens)
