Hello, I'm having problem to log in any support site except the Thomas 2, every others either Can't Find The Server or Please Check Your User Name and Passwords, why is it doing that and how can I solve the problem? thanks.

Hi, i "Houston i 've got a problem", i would like to update my JAF box but i am not able, when i make an update firmware, and then restart soft, udpate didnt work and since long months i can'y use new soft, actually i am working with 1.98.26.
I sent many request on JAf official support, i had to wait 48 hours for reply and i am still waiting. How can i update my box ?
PS : i also seeked for answers here but nothing.
