6280 restart during Unlock - GSM-Forum

I never had problem with 6280 b4 this.
but this 6280 restart when i click unlock and software go on requesting data.
i tried almost 10 times and had same problem.
how can i check which board version of 6280 is this mean 1st type 2nd type or 3rd type.
and how can unlock it.

look like UID support is on vocations

give proper test point with micro-scope and use dss latest version to make easy unlocking

u can chek the pcb version using the manual given by uid support

try to unlock phone in Test mode using DSS.

i tried many times
and b4 this done with many 6280.
just this make trouble for me.
im sure im making right test points.

i think it restart for me after 3 or 4 sec after touhing the rap.

Can I know what pin you use ???27pin or 24 pin??

How many line you connect to the phone??? As only vga4+vga5+gnd only!!

use 3 wires- vga4(pin17 frow left to right), vga5(pin27 from right to left) and vga8(GND)

Are you trying to unlock the phone with the sim inserted which tool did you use for flash/downgrade the phone model?did you try to put a 101 on the svga5?

im using JAF to downgrade phone.
wht is 101
sorry did not know about this?
and dont have anyssim in it while unlocking.
