bb5 uid box dead - GSM-Forum

Hi im one more person that has the uid box dead after update, i,ve read how to repair it, but im not a progammer and i dont know how to remove the chips inside the box, so if there where another solution without using a hardware, any update or whatever that solve this problem it will be really good, or any person in spain that does that it would be great, thanks.

he says hes gonna send it back and wait between 2 or 3 weeks, thats why if we have another solution more quicker, better

how can troubleshoot that box is dead while the box on hardware configurasion is ok

i got this message

Box connected, awaiting commands.

but the box stay there long time
