Exclamation I got WRONG UserID and password in email


I bought 100 credits from seking like i have done many times before (using the link in this forum), but this time the userid and password i got in the mail was WRONG.

I already sent 3 emails, and tried to contact seking on MSN, but i get no help. I got one response and they just said i had to change the pasword. But it's not possible to change the password when the password i got was wrong!

Can you please either RESET the password for account UserID 107965 or give me a new account?

I got the account on 18th may - but when i tried to use it on 23th it was not working (not possible to change password).

Please help, i have some phones i need to unlock ASAP.

now the original password must be modified with seking unlocker 2.14

Hi,

I'm using 2.14, and i still get "User ID or password wrong!"

Here's what i do:

1. I enter userID: 107965
2. I enter password - exactly as described in the email from you. That password was only numbers (last three digits is 752)
3. I check "PasswdChange" and enter new personal password
4. I click change and get "User ID or password wrong!".

There must be something wrong with this account, because i have purchased account several times from you before, so i know how to change password etc.

This issue is still not solved!

Can you please do something? You sent me a new password yesterday but that didn't work either.

It's now 4 days since i contacted you about this, and my customers gets angry. If you don't solve it very soon i will have to use another supplier for A2 unlocking...

But he is not replying now, and the previous replies has not been very helpful... Is it possible that you could just reset the password/account or delete that account and give me a new one?
