6280 sec 607 se7c not supported !!! - GSM-Forum

i m trying to unlock this phone with all known methods but not work !!!!always response byte 08 !!! sec607se7c k8s5615eta !
phone ver 3.41 !! is it supported or not?

Try upgrading the firmware and also use a second GND cable. Version 3.41 is very old - I have had a few problems with these old versions.

tried almost 3 days to unlock 6280 sec 607se7c chipset but didnot suceed i used differenet versons of bb5box software different grouind points two grounds 2 different data points but did not succed i think atleast i gave 500 tries and the clk point was almost damaged but stilll i did not give up it was challenge for me because i used to unlock 6280 just one click.after searching i did wat u said Downgraded to 6.10 -first upg. to 6.43 (tick use 128k ucp *upg using UB) then downgrade to 6,10 (unmark use 128k) it really worked for the first try it is a mircale for me sir.thanks

Yes as I posted 100% working all 6280

but must remember add on to this - certain chips seem also to need to vary GND position (battery gnd (i use 97%) vibrator 2%, gnd near rap chip as in pictures 1%) - but in combination with upgrade downgrade (SEC ETA chips) and (only upgrade SPANSION chips) will work 100%

ad0 and method2 did not work !! and if this version is supposed to be supported by the box why should i upgrade or downgrade ?

When you say "unmark use 128k", what the heck do u mean? What tool r u using? I got both jaf and twister hwk to flash nokias - there's no mention of 128k..

Just because is an very old and used phone, and SP Lock area have some damages inside, and when you upgrade/downgrade phone remake SP lock area (PM 308). I written this think A LOT OF TIMES here. Anyway, if you not want to listen to other people who give solution to your problem, why you come here and ask for help?
