you should get mt pro is the best sortware for unlock bb5

bb5 is not bad box. you is fail in any thing. and first read manual and post the log if you want help.

all 6280 either spansion or atxx flash chip unlock without any problem...you have wrong tp thats why unlock fails

check your cable please
modifed long cable have this problem the box work fine is not bad box!!!
i have unlocked more 50pcs no problem

hi,
i have just receive my bb5 box today, and this box is amazing!
1) i have read manual :5 minute
2) install driver , software and active box : 5 minutes
3) connect 6300 v5.00 and fallow step : 2 minutes
first fone unlocked unlocked 12 minutes after receive box!
i have uid too, and for the same fone, need to flash with supported firmware etc: too long story....

So , congratulation to bb5box team!

If your box reads when you press info and the lights are on it should be ok. I had a similar problem so i purchased new cables from IPMART with new version BB5 software and it worked 100%
