BB5 Box is driving me Crazy – PLS HELP - GSM-Forum

This box worked really good in the first few days then it started to become totally unstable I did over 40 phones so far, am not sure if this is related to the recent updates
I am having the following problems
1- Mini USB cable is not working at all at the moment e.g. with 6300 it will light the side lights and stop as it should do but it will not detected by the box.

2- After doing one ore two phones the software start to have communication problems with the box which normally need unplugging the box, and restarting the software before it works again.

3- Some times it will lose connection to the phone in the middle of the unlocking process

I am not sure if my cable is faulty or the box is faulty, I am expecting high volume of phones to be done soon and I would like to sort this out before then otherwise I have to buy and MT box
Help please

have you updated to version .25 and are u using box firmware 7?

i had small problems when i changed from firmware 5 to 6 but now with 7 working perfect again.
Just be careful and make good grnd, shouldnt have any problem.
