just attach ur box with pc and connect internet .....and go box tab and press update box frimware that's all

hmmmm......how about trying the other software versions. ver 026 got lowres and highres, hope u can fix it up.

Yes need if have wek power from pc , my self i try whit pc from home to make update and was impossibl just errors i get, i change pc whit the work and i manage to make update to box.If have a good power sources no need to conect another power to box but if have a wek power source i recomand all the time to use adapter.

i got 3 new bb5box same problem and change another computer also same
bcoz i 1st time use bb5box , need to use old version for update it ? maybe bb5box got problem?

i dont think is the box most probability the pc , need a stabil pc whit a very good sources.
