It's normal way , 6280 Spansion Flash I have unlocked almost all ver with no problem

using software 026 and never had a problem with it... disable:test connection with phone ...and all will be okay

Hi,
for me neat unlock 6280 nice spansion chip.
Write RM-78_dp_v_3465.0_mcusw06.43.exe and easy,
as a matter of course modifity/confirm GND.
Before two days fagging.
