Bros need help when I try try run bb5 box exe this error message displays on bb5 box menu " error: cannot connect to fbus subsytem" have tried to change usb cable but still this error message appears. need solution. thanks in advance.....

i got one like yours; the mini usb of the phone is broken. so want to know if we can take connection fron a different place ?

Remove driver of UST - remove UST then connect BB5box again and update driver for it ! Tested by me

uninstall all ftdi drivers in your system and try to install bb5box own driver if you really tried to change USB cable (pc to box). Have the same problem as before but corrected when i changed my USB cable.

Have tried changing usb cable, same problem persist. will try to do what you suggested uninstall all ftdi drivers and install first bb5 box ftdi drivers. or install bb5 box in different hardisk with clean system. thanks for reply bro.

bros have tried 5 different usb cables, uninstalling ftdi drivers and installing it many times. and even stalling it in 3 different P.C. and 1 laptop.Still same error: cannot connect to fbus interface and sometimes smartcard not detected. Is there something wrong with my box? Just got it and im trying to unlock my first unit, but this error problem persist. Need advice on what to do. thanks in advance.........

Yes bro it can pick the drivers. tried again today uninstall and install the drivers. Now it works fine. but from time to time it shows error: cannot connect fbus or cannot detect smartcard. it happens only if you accidentaly move the box or every time you plug in the rj45 cable to box. the lights blinks from 2 reds,1 blu,1 green to 2 reds, 2yellow lights only. when you read phone "error: cannot detect smartcard". And when this happens i would try to move the rj45 cable connected to box, the lights starts blinking again. From 2reds,2yellows to 2reds,1 blu, 1 green lights. Don"t know what the problem box,cable,drivers. I'm afraid to try to unlock a unit because i might lose connection with phone and may cause dead unit in my hands. the connection is not stable.
