Hi, i have a problem with the bb5box and i bought it less than three months ago and tried to contact the reseller which is gsm-traders. But havent got any answer from them regarding my problem, are they thrustable or not cuz i see them on reseller list. Thats not the way to give a support, if you cant help me then tell just dont let be of sending an answer.

You can trust them,when you get things from them. but they are always very late with response if you have problem, if they answer anytime to you

? I have problem with microscope from them and I ask few times and never got any answer.

i have same problem with my box. and my box from gsm-traders. i write many times. and i dont have answer. what problem with you box???

The problem with my box is that i cannot go further than connect tp even if i have connected the tp right on N73. Tried it on 6300 and got the message 07, cable unlock something fail everytime. Worked like charm for the two months i have had it, and now suddenly it wont work. Have unlocked several N73 and a lot of 6300 with it. And i have tried many times to get an answer from gsm-traders, but still no answer and thats is bad support from them.

I use with my box 3 month evrething be ok. but now evry phone and evry tame i have error (08). i thinks my box its not good!!
