im installing bb5 box version 28 but when i try to open the box it does ask me to update to firmware 9... wt is wrong wid it... plz guide me wt to do bcoz i cud not find anything on website of bb5 to update the box firmware... looking forward to ur reply thanx in advance..../

hi, make sure you have internet connection>open software>box>update box firmware>restart software, br torbay
