nokia 6300 Connecting to BB5 Box - GSM-Forum

unlocked 3110c today no problem tried to unlock 6300 and get this Connecting to BB5 Box ...
Searching for phone ...
ERROR: Cannot detect phone on FBUS interface

when i reconect 3110c it finds phone no problem any ideas please

When you are turning the phone on, these two blue led which are all over sides are lighting up?

yes two blue lights light up also on the front says test mode everthing all normal but just wont detect Connecting to BB5 Box ...

try connect phone to the USB on pc with orginal cable and you be see where is a problem box or your phone

Try to Full Factory Default 6300 Phone via BB5 Box, and try again.

Maybe The 6300 Phone is Locked by user code

if 6300 have user code on mobile you cant connect the phone to bb5 box
try to turm off the user code and try again
i also got the same problem
that solve after removing the user code
tested

Yes i had the same problem today, the phone needed the user code removed

yes too with me it state I unlock user code with JAF and work ok
