That was my first thought also.. I bet that he is not using external power og maybe he is but voltage is too low. I have to attach variable powersupply and tweak the voltage...Usually i have to go to about 5.3 volt before it works..But it is easy to know when because the box wil be disconnecting and reconnecting continuosly when voltage is too low.
