Same Problem Me Too I Have With Same Flash But In Spansion 1 Time Unlocked,i Think The Problem Is Gnd But Where I Can Put Gnd Bcoz I Try All The Place But Not Successfully?

Upgrade to 6.43 and be very extra carefull with TP contact... specially Data TP.
Use thiner needle so you know you'r not also touching a nearby track. They are very close to another.

same problem, after few unlock failed phone is dead 6280 SECxxxxxxxxxETA 6.10 version when i check the phone in jaf it show " unknown flash chip " but in spansion no hussle

Today i got 5 pice 6280 with this SECxxxxxxxxxETA chip. Normaly unlock not work! Have select Eta and Spansion chip. No chance. Than i flash each phone many times up and down, and finaly to version 3.81. And voilla, Unlock work. This is only for information for people who have problems with this phones!
No extra gnd, no extra power. Only flash phones!
