... So of course not work.
You should keep testpoints connected on unlock procedure.
From this message: Testpoints connected OK ... until software finish unlock procedure. It is not long time, 1-2 seconds!

Again, PLEASE READ USER MANUAL before start anything

N73 work well on our side, no matters Music Edition or not, firmware is same inside flash chip. Also we have inside our phones exactly the flash chip from attachament photo. Here is our log result with N73 on same flash version that you have:

Searching for phone ...
Phone found on FBUS interface
Reading phone info ...
Type: RM-133
Version: V_05wk47v38.1_19-01-07_RM-133_(c)_Nokia.
IMEI: 3536400xxxxxxxx
SP LOCK status:
Block 1: CLOSED Type 5 Data: 26003F
Block 2: CLOSED Type 5 Data: 26003F
Keyboard wrong codes counter: 0 wrong tries from max. 3 tries
Cable wrong codes counter: 0 wrong tries from max. 10 tries
Checking if model/version is supported for unlock ...
Create autobackup of PM 308
Reading PM Field 308 Subfield 1 with length 8192 bytes
Saving autobackup to file: RM-133_3536400xxxxxxxx_Locked_Keycnt_0_Fbuscnt_0__V_0 5wk47v38.1_19-01-07_RM-133_(c)_Nokia..bin
Please connect testpoints
Testpoints connected OK ...
Unlocking phone ...
Try number: 1
Sending SP code: #pw+012345678901234+7#
Response byte: 00
Reading again SP Locks ...
SP LOCK status:
Block 1: OPEN Type 5 Data: 26003F
Block 2: OPEN Type 5 Data: 26003F
Keyboard wrong codes counter: 0 wrong tries from max. 3 tries
Cable wrong codes counter: 0 wrong tries from max. 10 tries
Phone unlocked succesfull

So, please try this:
1. Try with GND connected in another point. Look attachament, I marked exactly point where is conected GND in our test phones. You can also try to solder some small wire (1-2 cm long) for GND, and attach crocodile climp to this small wire.
2. If you still get same error, remove testpoints, do NOT disconnect phone from power (I mean Vbat+, BSI, GND and DKU2-FBUS), press again Unlock button, and connect testpoints when software ask for that. Check also if DKU-2 bottom connector pins are dirty, try to clean it.
3. Try to upgrade to V_05wk47v46.3_04-06-07_RM-133_(c)_Nokia. (you can use this datapackage file: RM-133_APAC_4.0723.2.0.1_v7.0.exe )

Thanks very much for your detailed help. but I still seems to be unable to unlock.
I have upgraded the phone to V_05wk47v46.3_04-06-07_RM-133_(c)_Nokia from support site, when I start the unlock process it give me these errors as stated in previous post.

ERROR: 11160001
ERROR: 30020052

If I start the process agian as you explained in your post without disconnecting anything then I get this error
Searching for phone ...
ERROR: Cannot detect phone on FBUS interface

It looks like the phone is swithing off automatically, I have to the power the phone on agian to start the unlock process again.

Any idea why the phone is getting switched off?

Thanks for been paitent.

I made some tests, and ryaz1993 had right. Changed Security code and activated Autolock, get same error.
Here we made update who make Full factory defaults before start unlocking:
http://www.bb5box.org/Downloads/BB5_v019.zip
Please use this, and report your results.
