Everyone is whinging about no updates, and killing phones, and other such things.

I want to take a minute out of my day and congratulate the BB5Box Team for their wonderful product and great support!
You think that whinging will make the team happy and work hard to bring updates?
NO IT WONT!
Appreciate the work they have done, be kind and respectful like a good client, and they will treat us all professionally and keep bringing updates.

most people, specially newbies dont even seem to press "search" button when they have problem. Far too many time question is answerd many times over.

Yes BB5Box has good support till now and we expect more in future ...

Regarding killing of phones mostly responsible are user due to careless handling in opening and TP... Not a single phone yet killed by me till now

Keep up good work BB5Box team ....

The only ones whinging and complaining this and this etc. are the ones who don't even read manuals. As Raskal is saying getting started with this device requires electronic technical knowledge. You need to read first and examine all possible points that you could work along with the box itself. If you don't then disregard using it else you will end up asking and asking when in the first place its all in your hands.

Common sense is used when working with your unlocking devices thats the trick. Updates will be available as soon as additional phones for unlock and other functions are determined at its best working capability.

Understand and have patience. Thats all

i do many phones and until today i don´t kill any phone.
but we need updates for the latest versions of software, because is not easy to do downgrades on bb5 phones.

in name of the whole bb5box team i would like to say thanks for your appreciation. About complains, this is normal, all those tp boxes need some level of skill, some have this skills some need to learn, however, ever one of us was once a beginner, so this is the reason i do not care too much about some complains also there are even users killing their phones with usual flasher box like mt box, ub box, or jaf or tornado, this happens due lack of experience as well

simple example: connect with (ub box, mtbox, or jaf) fbus cable and erase phone wihtout making backup of certificates, and phone is forever dead

agree...but macromedia visual manual for blind beginers will decrease "mortal" rate....with psicho relaxation music...some joga chakra points also...hehehe...

i agree with you
to work in this box you must have skills , about me i can unlock all support model in this box without problem just read all manual and read all problem who faced by other before use any box to get experience but i would say to raskal and his team good work and keep this box no 1 in market by improved , update in more model and update in more version
this you will get alot of money not in release other box to give us same model same version ??

i buy jaf since its born and i like it becuase this box is best nokia flasher this couse by creat team that keep update, improved,fix bug in all time
i hope from bb5box team keep improved to this box like jaf box

bb5 box perfect for unlocking bb5 phones
till now i had unlock more than 40 phones without problems
thanks raskal for making perfect bb5 solotuion
i love this box and i am happy with this box
the main thing to read the manual and follow the instructions carefully and all done

totally agreed i am beginner too but thanks *** i didnt make any phone dead till now and hope wont dead in future too the phone is always killed by the hardware not with bb5 box for sure i have done many till now and as a beginner i think bb5 is the best the only one thing we need is new updates from them plz make as soon as possible thanks
