spreadtrum close mctool - GSM-Forum

when i try to use spreadtrum via usb program give error then shut is there any update for fix
my comp amd am2 3200 cpu 512 mb ram xp sp2 +eset antivirus anybody know to fix it?

you have to select usb and also attach phone through usb pinout with com port in spredtrum software will shutdown

same pb for me ,sw close after search pinout or direct usb flashing !!!
any solution for this bug ??!!
