HTC S710 IMEI unlock not working.


Hi! I've got an customer who bought an HTC S710 IMEI unlock from me and he tryed the unlockcode twise an still phone locked. He only got one try left, HOW TO UNLOCK the HTC S710?

IMEI : 355257017020386 unlock code : 64286005

How to enter this code to the phone for correct unlocking?

I see that others offer this solution and have to programe a .UNL file to the phone to unlock. Any solution from you?

When problem with HTC Code to get a refund you need to write to [email protected] with :

- IMEI
- Modèle
- Name & Country of Original Network Provider
- and most important : video Proof

I've read a little bit the forum and I've seen many people complain of HTC wrong unlocking code delivered.

I wanted to purchase unlocking codes for HTC mobile phones but since I resell the codes aswell I'm not sure all my customers can make a video proof .

Since now all the codes for other mobiles brands were ok but who knows.

The true on HTC is the code come directly from Factory, but if the original network provider change the code after receive the code from the Factory, then the factory code is not working anymore..... We build a small database of "Unsupported Model" (appear when you select this tool on unlockbase) :

Please do not post request of code if your phone comes from one of theses provider :

- Claro Brazil (all models)
- Brasil Telecom (all models)
- TIM Brasil (all models)
- Claro Guatemala (all models)
- HTC S710 from SFR France
- HTC S730 from Telenor Norway
- KPN Netherland
- Movistar : Spain
- ALL Network from Portugal
- ALL Network from Austria

Because for theses model/provider, the network provider change the code of the phone after receive them from factory, so code will not work.

Maybe more model should be added to the list, and that's what we do if we get a video proof (and so my suplier refund)

NO VIDEO = NO REFUND
