pls help big prob in unlock N81 & E51 - GSM-Forum

hi
i have 2 pcs for Nokia n81 & E51
i need to unlock but always i have this prob in unlock ( luck picture ).
Note : all steep of unlock is ok byt not sucsses.

@ GSM PAVIA try to install lower version TRK apps in the phone.....!!either try install s60_3_1_app_trk_2_8_6.sisx or s60_3_1_app_trk_2_8_9.sisx . Which file need to install depending of phone software..

i have prob in instal app trk
when intalation fenished & when i run TRK
& When i get message "activate blutooth in offline mode" i press NO
but i have this ( Statut not conected)
failed to get device list Error Code : -3
Question : dejan box suported all version of phone or !!!!
i try with 2 version of trk s60_3_1_app_trk_2_8_6.sisx & s60_3_1_app_trk_2_8_9.sisx some prob
pls how to solve this prob.

all version supported...you have communication problem....you must connect to nokia pc suite latest version..!!and connect phone direct to pc usb..!!

mate after instaled latest version of nokia pc suit
always some prob to conected bye TRK any other help pls

did you change settings to USB and press back on the phone?did this messege appear in your phone?

Hi
You definitely have problem with TRK application. Go to Control Panel/ Add or remove programs and uninstall all files for Nokia PC Suite and Nokia connectivity driers. After this install latest Nokia PC suite and try again to install and run TRK application. Change usb cable too to prevent problem with cables.
After this if still problem exist contact me on skype or sonork for help.

One more thing: don't forget to put in memory card into the phone. Without MC on N81 you can get same error...
