i think your phone is locked.
can you press INF on jaf sw and post here to see what problem you have exactly?

Check the phone IMEI
If IMI is not a ?????????????? Then simply clear UI setting.

Hello there. Well if your phone is showing Phone Restricted, then it imply that your phone is LOCKED. You must naturally UNLOCK it for you to use the PHONE. What you do you need is a JAF PLUS adaptor+ JAF BOX + PKEY , and you need to make testpoint to unlock it.
