seems like we are experiencing same problem but diff phone...
i also encounter that error when i unlock 6300 using jaf vspecs...

what flash chip you have on 6233?

upgrade to v121.00 mcusw 04.91.exe then unlock. I've unlocked one with the same version as yours.
