i donno whats wrong,
i cant do i single phone with this.
always get this error:
Waiting for TP confirmation...................................... ......Sending code...
Error unlocking!

with bb5box(Raskal) everything works.

tested phones: 3110,5500.

maybe my pkey is not yet activated for bb5 unl. future?

just to mention:
(im not a newbie, used dk, uid also.)

it is just very strange, what is your pkey serial number and who is your jafplus reseller ?

as i said before, you have to contact your reseller.

so, when your reseller inform you that the pkey is activated, you must perform UPDATE PKEY to make it work.

nokia 6234 flash chip sec xxx atm can`t unlock with jaf plus (i try v 5.10 and 5.43)
nokia 6234 v5.10 flash chip spansion work fine
nokia 6280 v6.10 not work............ must upgrade to v6.43 and work fine
nokia 6300 v4.70 not work..............must upgrade to v5.0 and work fine

this is the benefit when you have more supported version from each model.
you can upgrade/downgrade the phone, and finaly you take customer's money

yes, i agree with valty, i hope next update fix this problem, i killed well the jaf plus killed 2 5300b and i cant revive them so now i have to pay them, i trust jaf plus will be one of better box for unlocking bb5 models.

i dont know how you can damaged the phones. i made over 500 phones using jaf plus, from the beggining of this project, and never happend.
but who know, maybe i was lucky.

but i will investigate this.

and an advice, please dont use the nedless as hammers.
you dont need to press hard on the testpoint, because you will damage PCB's circuit.
no need to get to the others side of the PCB when you try to unlock a phone.

Andres, it just happens with the 5300b from movistar, cuz i have unlocked more 5300b from other providers and they are unlocked and working well, and i was talking to another friend and he told me that the same happened with him, only the sets from movistar get killed but nobody knows why.
