It's not about the box you use, it's more about the method that all bb5 boxes use (testpoint method), it's risky, i saw many phones also killed with mt-pro, bb5 box or other tools... Usualy you can revive these phones with full erase/restore backups, but in your case it looks bad, it might be hw (flash chip) Try with another cable, press CHK, if you have the same error (BAD FLASH TYPEFFF) then you have for sure flash chip damaged | |
