need for Help!!unlock 6120c rm-243 after write rpl?

i have 6120c rm-243 Status:"sim not valid"
before that,i have imei problems 12345..but already solved with write rpl .
and write pm with 6120c full pm downloaded from other forum.
but..now in display still " sim not valid"

already try with mtbox..no reaction when click 'unlock'
but bus check is ok,like normal phone.

already try with JAF..but i have same like mtbox

already try with BB5king..but i have report "error jobs..bla bla..

already try with ufs micro hwk..and reported "error server"

already try with mxkey..and reported " failed"

so how to unlock this phone(BB5 plus with rapido chips)????
