Read SP data error! or Phone not supported - GSM-Forum

i am new user of jaf+. i have unlocked a lot of phones with mt-box and bb5box. now i sold my bb5box and want to use a jaf+. yesterday i tried a 6131 v3.70 . 6131 give this message: "Read SP data error! or Phone not supported". why not suported?! suported vers: 6131 RM-115 - 5.50, 3.50, 3.70, 6.10, 6.60 (ad0)
i let the 6131 for unlock with mt-box and i tried with a 6280. i read, i saw v3.70. i upgrade at v6.10 and same message: "Read SP data error! or Phone not supported ". why???
suported versions: 6280/6288 RM-78 - 6.10, 6.43, 5.96, 5.92, 3.81, 5.94 (ad0)

today i tried with e50. i flash with version suported and i try to unlock: "Read SP data error! or Phone not supported "

i have 5 pcs jaf+ for sale. i tried all . none is working, i tried all 5 tp. who want to buy a box nonfunctional? where is the problem? where i am wrong?

i am wrong. i forgot to select TP Unlock. at e50 now, sad error08.
