Help, spread phone dead after format - GSM-Forum

Help me, spiderman team. I'm new user.
MPEG-4 phone without sim card work normal. emergency call normal.
With sim card restart problem.
I tried formatting and after that phone dead

did you try to make full backup before you format it?
if you make a full backup try to restore it.
then try to play with the format address.

It would be easier you tell which model of your machine china, so we can help you find the right flash to solve your problem as does the fullbackup before formatting.
