anyone tried flash this model using files from support?what file?

can you boot the phone to know what exactly the flash file name?

phone was already repaired by other technician.customer said phone was auto shut-off before.but now already no power.
so if we try to read phone info i think flashfilename are not already the original one.
i tried also flash with n95 flashfile from support but thesame.

we wanna see your phone 2 know if founded or not
take some photo for it and explain(touch or not -1sim or 2sim-)etc...
