spider man box dead after update - GSM-Forum

Dear jach chinamy box is dead .
i mean when i conact my box to pc on device Manager is only showing com port and usb missing on usb i only get Generic usb Hub and the sapiserman usb does nt show up.
i tried to reinstall the drivers but still the same .
now the spaider man saftware does not conact to the box .
i cannt not send the box to my reseller .
is there any way of fixing my box please help mr .thanks in advance .

does your pc detect a new hardware ?

what u mean like i said the pc detect the hardware .but only the com port is showing and the usb is missing . please read the frist post care fully .

PM me your box sn .
onlione_update box need close software and open again.when click onlione_update box. after can not remove box from computer. update finish click connect for connect box again.

hi jack thanks for ur replay .

i red what u said but my box is in this cundishen . remeber i can not get conacted to spider man saftware . i all ready trid the box on 2 pc .trid to reinstall the drivers . trid difrant A to B usb . tird so many other thing which i red on forum . but stiil cannt get conacted to spider man saftware . like i said on top to me the problem is the usb missing on divce manager only the com port of spider man box get conacted every time i conact the box .

so my box is in this cundishen .please tell me if is there any way to fix my box . please i cannt send the box to my resellers and i do nt want to pay for post and packing and VAT . so please if u have any solution fixing my box in this cundishen please help me .
