Spider man box is not giving power - GSM-Forum

Dear Team, kindly help me how to get power from connectors of + and -.. some times they did not worked before but today.. trying since morning but no power my box is not dead its working but not giving power.. pls guide me what could be reason.

Check voltage by multimeter if voltage not comming so you should check wires by meter...

checked voltage not coming and cable is ok.. the same cable checked via multimeter... and it seems ok.. what is next step to do?

Wires are okay but no response found from supporters where are they?
