HELP N75 Unlock now DEAD!! - GSM-Forum

I'm trying to unlock N75 lock at AT&T...now unit is dead

U Have Damage U Pcb Flash Chip Problem

Try To Check Rap Ic If Any Shorting

Hi,, you need thin syringe needle and microscope.

Under micrsocope or magnyfying glass,, just remove the excess LEAD from the
BGA Balls that is shorting either the CLK or the AD8. After you have cleaned it, the
phone will power ON and you dont need to flash it with JAF. Just continue to unlock
it with AdvanceBox.

The BGA Balls can be easily damaged due to too much pressure... but you can also
easily repair it if you first remove the Memory Card holder so that you can access
the BGA Balls easily.

Don't worry, if you are able to clean the excess LEAD, then you will fix your phone.
That is all to it ;-)
