Added SAMSUNG L770 CODE READER and DIRECT UNLOCK!

Added SAMSUNG F480 NEW (F480i/G/H) CODE READER!

Added standard serial port (PROLIFIC RECOMMENDED)
for SAGEM LOCOSTO/CALYPSO!
