error 1001 with sl-box [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hi, I bought a SL-box yesterday and I have error 1001 on all cell phones I want to unlock (all of them are samsung).
I need to upgrade to micro-box to unlock cell phones with sl-box or its not necessary ?

I get the error 1001 when "reading imei", the software found the cell phone

I pay 59 € for the convertion to microbox but nothing changes

Hi again. Please post the log like I said to see what is the phone we are talking here, in what mode is it etc etc. "Reading IMEI" is a common message you'll see it everywhere ...

I resolve the prolem

I have to put F400 in qualcomm mode by typing *#782872#
And install qualcomm driver in attachement
else I go to microbox windows and I don't select sl-but but the com port of qualcomm device (my phone)

But from log I see that you still not use microbox software but old sl-box software.
You should after activation use newest microbox software that is 2.1.7.8
