To be able to flash your F480 and remove phone lock you should:
  1. Download any flash file for F480 from support area (for language description you can see here.
  2. Enter the phone in flash mode: phone shoul be off, Hold down the 'Volume down' key (on the left side of the phone) and the camera button and press the power on button.
  3. Connect your phone to usb port only with E210 cabl.
  4. Run microbox samsung and choose modele, select port for modem (it wil be automatically set), select "fast flash" and "Write flash" fonctions.
  5. Choose the 4 files to flash to the phone after unzipping the main dowloaded flash file.
  6. Click on "Write flash" button, wait few minutes untill operation finish, phone reboot and reset by itself and reboot again without any code

Many thanks for the excellent instructions Midou

I have completed the process with no problems but now the phone gets stuck turning on... I get a blue screen with the following message:

DB updated or not exist
Making new factoryFS DB...

1. Upload/Debug/ffsDB2
2. Copy it to System/DB2 in LFS
3. RSRC1 must be rebuilt

Have tried two different UK flash files but still the same error - Can anyone please help???

Is there no way of removing the Sec code with Micro-Box, without needing to flash whole phone? I mean in the AIO 1.0.1.0 update, with model F480, its gives the option button: 'SECURITY/PHONE CODE', but this button is not highlighted and cant be pressed. Is there any way of making this button available to use?

Or maybe in the next update could you please add a Security Code option button for F480 and other newer Samsung phones. Would help alot.

thnx.
