Please Send Screen shot or something what error software give you But if You don t update your box for sure not work at all Update yourbox first and let me know

both e227 and e805 dosn t exist in software

so i can t make screen shoot

and you have told me that it is supported for sure?????????///

download last Alcatel soft ( MicroBoxAlcatel_v1.00 final final)
and verify your cable i unlock nowE221 without problem
i unlock it with first try

for E805 select E801

and for the E227 they have put it in the software but when i tested it didn't make connectoin

Micro-Box is the Good box for all New Alcatel from now.

Please help user's of micro-box to enter the support page.
Because it always say login "error", when the account activation is valid and the login and pass are good.

Dear Micro-Box team, make a buton that allows us to enter support directly from software.

E227 unlocked succesfully and woking 100%.

- Select platform new VLE5
- choose any model from the popup-list
- press read codes
- make sure the cable makes good connection with pcb and power on the phone,

readed codes succesfully on many E227's.

lets hope to have more good news from micro-box.

Use latest alcatel module version MicroBoxAlcatel_cr_v1.03_ok, E227 exist in supported list and you can unlock it.
